- How far ahead should I order?
- Three days ahead is advisable. It is a recommendation, not a rule — ask us if your date is sooner.
- Do you deliver?
- Yes, anywhere in Calbayog City, for a delivery fee. It is the delivery address that has to be in the city, not you — order from out of town for family here. The fee depends on the exact location, so we confirm it when you order. We can also deliver to Oquendo and Sta. Margarita, subject to availability — when we can't deliver ourselves we usually arrange a rider. Catbalogan and farther we can't deliver. For anywhere else, call to ask.
- When can I collect?
- Collection is 8am–8pm, at Purok 1, Brgy. Payahan, Calbayog City. Let us know your collection time when you order.
- How do I pay?
- A downpayment of at least 50% of the amount is required. The downpayment is refundable based on the cancellation policy. Pay by cash, GCash, BDO, Maya or GoTyme.
